Gorgeous Art Deco ring, great communication from Charlotte and fast resizing and delivery. Particularly liked the video and explanation of the ring prior to buying. I don’t think I’ll ever want another ring after this beauty, but if I do, Plaza is where I’d go! Highly recommended ❤️

I only wish I could award 10 stars! All communication with Charlotte has been friendly, helpful and reassuring. Buying expensive items online always makes me feel a little nervous, but I was reassured from the start by their lovely website and many many positive reviews from happy customers. I bought with complete confidence and I am so delighted with my purchase. Thank you Charlotte. I look forward (hopefully!) to future purchases. What a pity birthdays come but once a year!

Charlotte was wonderful, she helped me throught the entire process. When purchasing from small business I am always cautious, I did the usual checks before purchasing online. I absolutely love my tanzanite bracelet, I have wanted one for over 20 years, it's perfect. My hubby enjoyed the choccies. I look forward to meeting Charlotte when she is in my area. Highly recommended 😍
