Awesome selection of clothing and very fair prices for selling and purchasing clothes! I sold some items before I left for school: parted with some items I liked but knew someone else would love. Also, it is hard for me to go to both Plato's Closet locations and not find new items I love.

We must select our inventory based on the current styles that sell well for us, that are in great condition and that we need in our inventory. Unfortunately, we occassionally disappoint some customers when we are not able to purchase their clothing, shoes, handbags and other accessories, or when our computerized franchise pricing system sets our offer price at less than what our customers had hoped. We hope you will give us another chance.
Had many negative experiences here. Haven't gone back and never will. Waste of time. The employees are so rude and unpleasant.

I bought and sold clothes on this trip and I was more than pleasantly surprised with my experience! The store was clean and the staff were amazing! They Would Never Get My Support Again My Clothes Is Very Expensive And I Refuse Too Accept 8$ For 200$ Dollar Items No Way . These People Take Your Clothes For Their Own Price And Put them Up For Sell As If Their From a Real Clothing Store Selling Your Own Items For 40 ,50,60$$ And Only Give The Seller 20 Dollars Maybe Even that More Like 5 $ This Company Should Be All Types Of Shame Of Themselves Ripping Folks Outta They Cash Sorry Selves Poooooorr #Service Do Better Plato's closet.....

Naee, we typically offer about 30 - 40% of what we sell the items for. Customers receive a higher percentage for higher priced items. The merchandise is priced to sell between 50 to 70% off of mall prices. We explain our pricing in our advertising, on our printed materials and during the check-in and check-out process. They've got a huge selection of PINK clothing! I would like the clothing on the walls to be a little more organized. I only found 1 shirt my size and it was mixed in with all of the other sizes...Cashier was very kind and lovely! I got 4 things for the price of 1 (new), maybe even cheaper than the price of 1.
