Last fall I purchased two great pair of fashion boots at Plato's. Looking forward to buying another pair this fall! Friendly staff, great deals.

This place was awful. I brought in really nice, gently used clothes (including a BCBG dress that was worn TWICE) and they only took two shirts amounting to $5 total. I couldn't believe that they would have sweater dresses for sale but not take the clothes that I brought in. On top of this, they didn't tell me when they were done looking at my clothes even though I was clearly sitting in front of the cash register. Will never be returning to this store again. I've been to this store multiple times, and I've had nothing but great experiences. Besides having great clothes, the customer service is wonderful! They are really accommodating and always want to make sure their customers feel welcome. Thank you again, Plato's! I'll be in soon. :)
