This store is amazing & organized. Allison was so helpful, I found my favorite brands for a great price! Including Victoria Secret Badger apparel, Michael Kors bags, and my favorite denim. I would HIGHLY reccomend this store to everyone I know.

Love this store! So clean, such friendly staff, and love finding my clothes for less than those silly mall prices. Also LOVE getting money for my items I don't want anymore � much better than just throwing them away! I'm so glad I can get both of these things done in one stop! Keep up the great work �
Stopped in today just to look and walked away with two American Eagle shirts and a popsocket for less than $20 � Super helpful and nice staff. Allison rocked �

PRETTY SAD WHEN THE MANAGER GETS HER BOYFRIEND TO BULLY PEOPLE WHO GIVE BAD REVIEWS!! I brought in 8 bags of clothes, some never worn. Things that are in style. Some still had tags. They said they wouldn't take these things from wet seal and other stores because they aren't in the mall anymore.. who cares? They were nice cute clothing. They are wayyy too picky about what they buy. And they give you barely a third of whay they turn around and sell it for. Joke. I gave all the clothes to agrace and felt better about it.
Complete waste of time for driving an hour. Customer service was horrible and was treated like a nobody and with complete disrespect. Will NEVER be back.

I'm glad we had the opportunity to clarify why we weren't able to purchase your items. In the future anything new with tags will need receipts and any used items must be in good condition without holes.
The employees at platos west are truly incredible people! My girlfriends and I have came in twice in the last week with two toddlers. They were so helpful, understanding and patient with us and the kids! So many thank you's to the wonderful staff! And how could you beat the amazing deals??

Love this store the more I'm moving away the more I'm going to miss it there's a few where I'm going but they're not going to have the same great network of employees and employers as Wisconsin does!! Love and miss you guys!! ~Noodles
