I brought in brand new clothes that have never been warn and they said they couldn’t take them cause there were “stains”. They pick and choose who they wanna buy from.
If you’re trying to selling name brand bags do it somewhere else, I brought in a new Michael Kors clutch with the tags (originally $218) and they only offered $8 so if I accepted that they probably would of sold it way more and then wouldn’t of stuck to the line as “oh we pay you 30-40% of what we’re going to price the items at.” Okay sure.. I’m just going to stick to selling online. Nice try Plato’s 😏
After a bad experience a Plato’s closet I decided to give it another chance at the east side location. I found so many good deals with the 90 percent sale! And the gentlemen who checked us out was so friendly and outgoing. Also so refreshing to see he spoke Spanish and could answer my dads questions! Will return and recommend.
FIVE garbage bags full of name brand clothes and tons of shoes and they bought 2 items. It was a complete waste of my time to come here. This was totally ridiculous. The pickings of what they want is absolutely absurd. I am upset I wasted my time.

Has a lot of good clothes but not really worth your time if your trying to sell your clothes. They don’t pick what’s really in style and when they do its for a low price..

This review has nothing to do with the clothes, selection, cleanliness etc. I gave my rating solely due to the staff. I have tried countless times to give your staff another chance and the benefit of the doubt but I can no longer. Your staff is rude and unpleasant. I am usually ignored until I ask a question or for help. When I do, I am treated as though I am being inconvenient for the staff (eye rolling, little to no response, additude and irritation expressed). I will no longer go to your west side location.
