Usually a great selection of name brand clothes for very low prices. Go there for designer jeans and save a ton. They also buy clothing so if you have kids that grow like mine, you'll get some money back!

Rip off brought 1100 units of women clothing. Most never been warn some still had tag and I got a text 2 min after I left telling me I could pick it up It takes more then 2 minutes to go threw 1100 units. Really feel like I was blown off. My 1000 Facebook friends know how your business is ran. Thanks the $11 it paid for my gas for the drive down.

Bradley, we checked our records. The reason you received a text shortly after you dropped your things off was because instead of your entering that you had 11 containers you clicked "1". Your text was automatically sent after the first container was processed, but we did go through your other containers. As our buyers explained to you, we passed on many of your items because we do not purchase: youth sizes; formal dresses; dress pants; Walmart brands; and, older styles like flared athletic pants and logo T-shirts. Literally walked in with BRAND NEW, NEVER WORN AE and A&F mens jeans and they didn't take them because of "Wear and tear and possible stains". WTH is that? Our son literally just grew 4" in the last week and a half and all the jeans I just purchased no longer fit. This place is a joke.

We regret that you were disappointed. Sometimes parents bring in "brand new" items that are fairly new, but had been worn--and, sometimes, we do find wear and tear and stains. Our buyers look over each item carefully. We are sorry that we could not offer to purchase your son's jeans.
I always bring my clothing to the store and it's good quality clothing and I do sell a lot to you guys but the customer service I had from them today was horrible!!! They barely took anything from my bag that I brought in. And I had good namebrand good quality clothes in there. I know when I come in they always take my stuff. I've gotten a letter in the mail from the owner to thank me for bringing in my stuff and to bring in more and it's disappointing when I come in and bring a big bag full and she doesn't take anything bar... read more
