While responsive when inquiring about my interest in the vehicle, took several attempts of calling the dealership to talk to someone who could help me purchase the vehicle and assist with shipping as I am out of state. Finally connected with someone who was helping me only to find out the vehicle was “sold over the weekend”. Days later the vehicle was still online so I followed up with the dealership to the same comments, vehicle was recently sold not sure why it’s still listed online. Business response:

Vehicles are offered on a first come, first served basis. We cannot turn away a customer who wants to purchase a vehicle, just because someone else called and expressed an interest in it. While I understand the reviewer's disappointment, there was nothing improper about the situation.

Don’t let these positive reviews fool you. I was reassured twice that there is no mark up or hidden fee both on the phone and in person. Got there, had 5k down and suddenly there was a 5k mark up. Despite a disclaimer on their website written in bold reassuring their price transparency. Horrible experience and customer service. Flew in from Mass and wasted my day hoping to drive back with the vehicle.

We document each and every customer that visits our showroom, and enter their name and phone number into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. The reviewer's name does not appear anywhere! He's never called, emailed, or visited our showroom. While we have no idea who he is, the content of his review is absolute nonsense!every vehicle we advertise for sale is available at the advertised price! Customers only need to add for sales tax, registration, and documentation.No junk fees whatsoever.

Tiffany was quick to respond. The salesperson Christopher never responded back to me as told. In the process of making the sale, they sold the vehicle. I had to call back and speak with another salesperson to find out they sold the vehicle while I was waiting on a return call and email of specific requested documents. Not friendly, and they seem to forget they work for a dealership, and I was paying cash! Absolutely a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I have been so pleased with my purchase and with the assistance that George gave me throughout the entire process!! It was my first purchase using CarGurus, but it definitely will not be my last!! Freehold Mitsubishi was the best dearship I’ve ever dealt with and George made getting a car from New Jersey to Alabama a breeze!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP...they have a specific vehicle that I am interested in on their website and I reached out to inquire about. They responded and had me come down to see it. I get there and the vehicle is missing "lost" no where to be found. The salesman Angelo had no clue where is was, he supposedly made calls to look for it but ultimately could not find it.
