Contacted them about a rav4. Had to speak to 2 different ladies to get to the person I needed to speak to. Took him 3 hours to get back to me, just to have a 10 second phone call. Didn’t hear from him until the next day, again, barely said a word to me, quick brief phone call. Told me he’d reach back out to me. That was nearly a week ago, haven’t heard a thing. It’s almost like they’re in the business of collecting cars, rather than selling. Because he did not seem to even care if this car sold or not

wanted to see car and was ready to buy. They advertise a car that is not on their car lot to see or purchase, no clear pictures or any additional information on car. I purchased a 2012 VW tiguan from another dealership for same price and about same miles.

I have been calling and texting for 3-4 days now. The dealership never reached out to me I have to keep reaching out to them to get updates. Every phone call its a different excuse. the one question they did ask is how much I'm putting down
