I didn't buy the car from this location, however they we professional.
Car was advertised as having no damage after being in 3 accidents but when we enlarged the picture it clearly showed damage
Dealer is very persistent with contact. They seem friendly as I’m browsing a couple cars.
Left the dealership with a car that financing fell through, I brought the car back and when I got home with my original car the passenger doors had clearly been dented in multiple spots. I’m not sure what they did with my car for the week they had it, but whoever drove it the short distance around the lot obviously ran it (or another car) into something.
Went to view this vehicle, liked it however they wanted to add over $4000 in fees not posted anywhere on advertisement. Would never have wasted my time traveling an hour each way.
The car was advertised for a low price, but then they added a $900.00 dealer charge. I thought that was sneaky and dishonest.
Everyone at the dealership was very nice, and the salesperson I worked with was amazing. However, I was surprised by a dealership disclaimer that I wasn’t aware of. The advertised price of the car was $22,300, which I was fine with. But when I chose to pay cash, I was told there is a $750 fee for not financing with them, plus another $750 fee for not trading in a car. I gave them permission to do a hard credit check so that they could give me a few options in regards to buying a car there. They said they’d call me with the results. I never received a call. I checked my Experian app the next day and saw that I had 13 hard credit runs done on my report. A couple ran my credit twice. Exeter was one that ran my credit twice the same day. Very sketchy and shady.
I bought a car through them. They said it was all good, inspections were great. And now that I’ve got it. The brakes are grinding, the ac is out, and the lifter is rattling. Which means It has to be taken care of, or it’s dangerous for me to drive. They say they’ll fix it and have people call me to get it done.
