Tiffany was quick to respond. The salesperson Christopher never responded back to me as told. In the process of making the sale, they sold the vehicle. I had to call back and speak with another salesperson to find out they sold the vehicle while I was waiting on a return call and email of specific requested documents. Not friendly, and they seem to forget they work for a dealership, and I was paying cash! Absolutely a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I have been so pleased with my purchase and with the assistance that George gave me throughout the entire process!! It was my first purchase using CarGurus, but it definitely will not be my last!! Freehold Mitsubishi was the best dearship I’ve ever dealt with and George made getting a car from New Jersey to Alabama a breeze!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP...they have a specific vehicle that I am interested in on their website and I reached out to inquire about. They responded and had me come down to see it. I get there and the vehicle is missing "lost" no where to be found. The salesman Angelo had no clue where is was, he supposedly made calls to look for it but ultimately could not find it. I had to talk to 3 different people, which I didn't LOVE. Also, there was an issue with them and listed, in which they said the pricing was not accurate, so they had to change the price, which makes sense...the price was extraordinarily low. I just hope it's not a bait & switch tactic to get people in the door (kinda doubt it, unless it's a pattern). They were nice and responsive though.
I went to look at a suv the guy went to get the key and took long coming back and when he finally came back he had another suv saying that someone brought the truck the next they another sales person reach out to me about the suv and I told them that one of your sales person told me it was sold and it really wasn’t I drove 2 hours to be lied to
