Called the dealer and spoke with Jennifer i asked about Audi A6 if it’s still available and she confirmed it’s available. I told her I will be there at 10:00AM and I arrived there with my 5 years old daughter on time via Lyft. They kept saying we are bringing the car over from the lot. Then they said the car was moved to a different lot and after waiting for almost 90 minutes they came to me saying that the car has some issues with the car and it’s not available right now. If I could give this business no stars I would. Please do your homework! Took the car for a test drive and everything was fine. As I’m driving home lights come on the dashboard. The sales associate did not do what as I ask as it was a cash sale and lied after the check was received.
Ended up purchasing a different vehicle elsewhere (completely different model) but Freehold Mitsubishi was very prompt and transparent with their communication.
They get back to you and unbelievable timing

I bought my car from this dealership few years ago from the previous owners but Mr Dip really made this dealership better than any other owners could . I was there for my service apointment but the service manager showed me the new mitsubishis they have and gave me a great deal so I ended up trading in my car and getting a brand new mitsubishi . I couldnt have asked for anything better , thank you Freehold Mitusbishi and the whole team for helping me out and now I have a brand new car and 2 years of free maintance .
They have my father and I come down on two separate occasions to see the car in the car was never on there a lot. When I complain, they said it was mysteriously sold 35 minutes ago, which was completely untrue. It was just an ad to beat me to get me into the store. I’m trying to sell me another car.

We cannot turn away a customer who wants to make a purchase, just because someone else has scheduled an appointment to see the same vehicle at a later date or time. Once a vehicle is sold, we contact any other appointment holders to make them aware the vehicle is no longer available. While I understand the reviewer's disappointment, suggesting we should have turned away a customer, who chose to come see the vehicle sooner, is illogical.
