Had my first contact with the department this week. All of the staff were so lovely and nothing too much trouble for them. I had to go back today as I thought the site of my biopsy had become infected. Met different staff member and yet again the nurses were really great, helpful and reassuring. They are a great example of the NHS at its best and they should be proud of themselves.
Surgery today. The team in the operating room could not have been nicer. Thank you all for your excellent work. Invaluable, good people.
