Made my appt today and was in and out in an hour and a half. Got an oil change, a new tire and battery. Jose was very informative and accommodating. Definitely a better experience than other Ford service departments.

The buying Experience was Awesome to say the least. The Sales Consultant (Rohan Muschett) was incredible. He took the time to listen to my needs and what I wanted. There was not pressure in the sale what so ever. This was the easiest auto perchance I have ever been through, Paperwork was fast. Sellers were very nice and wasn't there fault. They sold me a truck for cash, no payments, and it was a decent truck, BUT they sold it to me with a bad upper control arm with a bolt even missing on it! The tire could've caved. I drove it out of state and back not knowing. BUT just BEWARE. There mechanics suck obviously. My life was put in danger over a stupid $50 part.
