They charged me $159.70. They had me pre-pay the charge. It was for a new part with installation. After an hour they told me they could not install the part nor refund my payment. They insisted that my only option was to take store credit, as if I would ever return to this business in the future. I insisted on a refund of my payment and they refused. After two hours I called the police and filed a report. Now I’m on my way to small claims court. Can you believe? Hand to God this is all true.

What a fantastic experience. I spent a tremendous amount of time researching the Ford F-150 Raptor and shopped it across town. The truck is in high demand and Plantation Ford was competitive with pricing. What blew me away after many years owning BMW’s was the customer service from the GM, to the salesperson, to the accessories manager.
