What a horrible experience. I brought in my car with an ice-cold A/C, to get a new battery. I got the car back with A/C blowing hot air. You mean to say not one person that drove my car noticed the A/C wasn't working? How about the guy that returned the car to me and had to open the windows because there was no A/C? Tomorrow I will take the car someplace close to get it fixed and I expect 100% reimbursement for the cost.

Absolutely no one came out to see if we needed anything, after 5 minutes we gave up and left.
