Colby and his staff in service are excellent! I take my company vehicles there and never have any issues, their friendly, professional and fast.
Colby the service manager did a great job servicing my focus RS. Replaced the wing in less than 2 hours. Great guy, great job!
The service here is the worst. I stopped coming here years ago. The service advisor, Garry, in particular should be fired. After I spoke to him over the phone about bringinig in my Mustang, he turned around to a co-worker and called me a "f***in" moron. REALLY?????!!! I heard that. Is that how you feel about your customers and talk about them when you think that can't hear you?
I brought my car to the Quick Lane service and Sean did great service.. thanks so much.
