Plantation Ford went above and beyond when helping us out in situation. We are from upstate South Carolina and we had driven south to catch a cruise out of Port Everglades. When we got back after the cruise we found that our car would not start. This wouldn’t be that much of a problem except it was Christmas Eve and the dealership was closing at 1:30! The service department gave our family 5 ⭐️ service today. Our car wouldn’t start after arriving back from a cruise. The staff took in our 4 kids and myself as we waited for over an hour for my husband and the tow truck driver to arrive. The guys stayed late on Christmas Eve to get us back on the road to South Carolina today. I purchased a new 1992 Ford ranger. Truck was in the shop 9 times in 7 months. Could not get the salesman to return my calls. I finally called Ford Motor Co. to resolve the issue. Also had problems with a used 2005 Ford E250 van I purchased in 2017. I will not return or recommend them to anyone at this point!
