Matt Kelley, manager at Quick Lane for Plantation Ford is a stand-up gentleman. Having not purchased my vehicle from this location, but having all of the services done here has given me a new appreciation for a family-owned establishment. The level of politeness and genuine care in which they deal with their customers is tantamount to the success of their business. These guys have my business when I'm looking to trade-in for sure! Plantation Ford not only has an exceptional selection of cars, SUVs, and trucks, but also provides one of a kind above and beyond service in their newly renovated state of the art dealership. I contemplated getting a different vehicle when my lease is up but I know without a doubt I will not receive this level of service anywhere else, so I will continue to drive Plantation FORD tough!

I emailed their service department about 5 times for a repair estimate. They never emailed me back. I just get emails from them trying to sell me a car. What a joke
Started at Pines Ford where they gave me one price and then tried to change it when I was paying. When here and they were amazing. Got the same car for the same price and they added a navigational system too. Pleasant environment, great people and I would go back again!
