RecommendedGreat doctors and dedicated staff. Conveniences are a little shy & out dated, but the care is really good!
Brought my 8 month old daughter there with congestion, very tight dry cough, fever and having a rough time breathing. She is also Down syndrome and being the time of year you would think they would give her an rsv and flu test but they didn’t. My daughter has now been in Yale for 8 days (7 of those days in the picu) because of rsv! Brought her to L&M and the first thing they did was test her! I will never ever bring anyone I love there again! I have also voiced this at L&M and Yale! They were outraged!!!

I had Denise Johnson a PA there at the emergency room. She treated me like I didn’t matter and that I was “not an emergency”. Even though I lost 20 pounds in a matter of a couple days, cannot eat and very sick. She said that if I’m not bleeding or broken she doesn’t want to deal with me. 🤦🏻♀️terrible bedside manner and did absolutely nothing to help me. Awful emergency room experience and I would never go back.

RecommendedI've been hospitalized for a week now and it has been an excellent experience despite being very sick. the nursing staff and doctors are attentive and listen. They take their time and explain any concerns I may have and they are easy to talk to. I was nervous being hospitalized because I've been through rough experiences at a different hospital in the past where nurses and doctors didn't care. I also can't complain about the food either. This hospital is ok, but I wouldn’t go it to again. I’d rather drive an hour to go to middle sex hospital. The nurses for third shift are terrible! Being nasty, being very rude for no reason. As if they got a stick up their butts. All my dad in law did, was ask a simple question. It was to the point where he was begging us to bring him home, or to bring him to another floor.
