RecommendedRecently had my son here and can say nothing but great things about the labor and delivery the staff listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of every step of the way! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! ❤️
RecommendedI've had 3 surgeries at Backus and the nurses were both compassionate and down to earth!! Most of the staff maintained their sense of humor which can be hard to do at a hospital!! Now during this pandemic they are taking care of my best friend as if she's their family and I greatly appreciate them putting their lives at risk for her!! Thank you all!! God Bless you and keep you safe!!
Horrible experience in labor an delivery also at the obgyn my whole pregnancy. The nurses are rude an judgmental. The whole place is honestly a joke!!!

RecommendedI had a medical emergency come up this morning and went by ambulance to Backus. I was scared to be there because of the virus but I was pleasantly surprised at how well they are handling themselves during this crisis. They were all very professional and followed all protocols for the situation. And although it is hard to be there alone, I think the staff was much more efficient and focused without so many people milling about distracting them from their jobs. Thank you to all of our first responders! ❤️❤️❤️
I realize that it's a stressful time in healthcare(as I am a nurse). But there is no need to be rude. usually they are very pleasant at this faculty, but tonight 3/25/20 around 1030pm the receptionist was very rude and lacked compassion. l
