I realize that it's a stressful time in healthcare(as I am a nurse). But there is no need to be rude. usually they are very pleasant at this faculty, but tonight 3/25/20 around 1030pm the receptionist was very rude and lacked compassion. l

Currently been sitting here for two hours. My husband is in an extreme amount of pain in his foot. He is in tears, but yet someone that just walked in is being seen first all the said they have is a cough! This place is a joke. I’m glad we are wasting our day sitting here while he is in pain. I’ve went to the desk twice to tell them his pain level. They just brushed me off! So we are leaving and going to another emergency room! We figured we would come here since it is closer to us. Now we know to go to an actual hospital.
Fast service friendly atmosphere very good in diagnosing and recommending more services needed and is thorough doesn’t just take u in for a minute and kick u out the door and very compassionate
someone stole my keys off the reception area desk. They pretty much told me I was stupid and to go look for them elsewhere. I didn't realize they had a security department. When I finally reached them, they have a video of a woman stealing my keys and putting them in her pocket. unfortunately the woman gave them a fraudulent address and cannot be found. how come the cops don't put her picture on their Facebook page like they do with the other people who steal things? Another horrible visit to the walk-in center. My wife has had pain in her hip for weeks and I finally talked her into going to have it looked at. Dr. John Turner (I use that term reluctantly) saw her after a couple hours and told her it was her sciatica and she should see an orthopedic doctor. He did not even look at her. She told him it was in the front not the back so it wasn't the sciatica. This bill will be disputed and a complaint will be filed against him. This place has been a joke since it opened.
