The nurse is on a to a great they do anything to help you out anyway they can. However if you have to stay here and have someone bring you something to eat whoever Cooks in this kitchen is from another planet everything tastes awful they must think I'm the fussiest person in the world but I'm not. I've had the same old stuff back with only a couple of bites missing I don't know why they just don't know what things are supposed to taste like apparently. I don't mind if they even come close the food here is awful

Let me start off by saying I am ashamed of even being born in this hospital to begin with! Over the years the adequate medical attention has been ignored and has declined rapidly, nurses are becoming more rude and acting unprofessional in place of work. I have observed more and more careless nurses laughing and joking rather than taking their job seriously and with some heart atleast... Its really a shame what backus hospital has became. Recent experience with both the E.R. and the 3rd floor a wing section of the Backus were wonderful. Everyone was kind and professional. The entire staff on 3A was wonderful. Thank you to everyone.
Excellent care by friendly and professional staff. Backus doctors have been treating me for RA over 20 years now and I give them credit that I am still able to walk and work. Just had an MRI this morning. Easy in and out. About all those 1 star ratings all I can say is that you can't fix stupid! Thank You Backus.
If I could give the ER a 0 I would. My daughter is 5 and waited 6 hours to be seen while other people(who got there hours after us)got in ahead of us. No matter what the issues with others my daughter was in pain the entire time! I will never go there again. I will also tell others to never go there. I can't even express he hatred I have towards that ER.
