I would have thought after dropping Anthem patients, Backus wouldn’t be so incredibly slow, backed up, and downright rude!!!
Rudest staff ever. Receptionist is pure evil. Nurse not interested in helping me over 2 hours to get Aspirin I get your doing a computer upgrade but that doesn’t mean you can discard me with a broken foot I just for sat here over 2.5 hours. On a side nurse for me was nice and X-ray tech awesome. PA I saw 2 seconds nice. Reception, girl who took my blood pressure not a great first impression for you.

Worse experience of my life.I have. Been in hospital's From New York To Ct.Backus hospital is A joke.I yes broke a rule and walked outside to meet my son so he was not afraid of me being in a hospital.And was ESCORTED TO MY ROOM BY A RUDE GUARD TALK ABOUT SCARING MY KID WHO IS ALL OF 6Yrs Old.Never again

They were so nice nurses and doctors got admitted there August 10th still have having the symptoms but I'm just taking one day at a time
I went in for a knee replacement. From the moment I walked in starting with registration everyone has been amazing. The nurses in pre-op were absolutely wonderful and keeping me calm and kept me laughing. Surgery went great and when they brought me up to my room on 4th floor they were there waiting for me and everyone was wonderful at making me comfortable. The nurses and the patient care techs have just been amazing and so attentive. Thank you all.
