Occupying a historic 1929 building in popular Heritage Square, Pizzeria Bianco is one of the many establishments opened by celebrated chef Chris Bianco. As its name implies, the restaurant focus is pizza; with pies made with handcrafted mozzarella and topped with the finest produce from local sources. The restaurant has the classic Margherita or the slightly adventurous Rosa, made with onion, parmigiano, rosemary and AZ pistachios. The best time to visit is for lunch, because dinner service is usually crowded. If you are put... read more

For great food go to italy – I was in Italy this summer and this is NO Italy!!! The food in Italy is always first rate- fresh and wonderful. The people are also friendly - ceratinly not what I would describe the witch who works there as! She definitely thinks she is better than her patrons. You would never find this in Italy. They are warm and friendly. Me, I'll save my lire and go back to Italy for truely wonderful pizza.
Awesome Setting – This IS the most romantic pizza place in Arizona (if not the country), and for all of us guys, it's easy on our wallets. Set in the heart of downtown Phoenix in the midst of a collection of centennial homes, Pizzeria Bianco offers good pizza at a good price, but the limited seating makes this great. I doubt 30 patrons can eat inside the building at once, which makes it especially great for bringing a date.
THE BEST – Probably the best pizza I have ever had in Phoenix. This place is small, but terrific.
Save your money – Costs too much for medeocre food. It wasn't bad, just not that great. Maybe cheese would help.
WOW!!!!!!!! – IT CANT GET ANY BETTER!!!!! WHAT ELSE CAN YOU SAY NICE PEOPLE AMAZING FOOD WOW
These people are crazy! – Did any of you actually eat the food? The few people who are giving Pizzeria Bianco a bad rating are the few individuals who had a bad NON-Dining experience. The wait was too long! It was too hot outside. The hostess was not very pleasant. ( Which is not true) however eveyone can have a different perception. if we sorted out only the reviews of people who actually stuck around to eat a meal the average rating would be well into the 9's. I take all of my out of town guests there. I have yet to be dis... read more
this place is obviously #1 – i dont care what the ratings show- this place is #1 the others are rated higher because of all the brain dead people in PHX. i left phx 3 years ago because they did not appreiciate things like this.... and i have missed this place greatly. its one of the ONLY decent restuartants in town let alone pizza. would you trust the people of phx or gourmet magazine or zagat that rated this place as the best? you figure out that one- if you arnt dead from the heat yet.
Wait for hours! – The menu is limited, the wait is forever. I would not recemmend this to anyone.
magnifico – Being first generation Italian I know a little about pizza and all things Italian. Pizzeria Bianco is about as good as pizza gets my friends. Chris and crew know the business. My brother in law has a pizza restaurant in Boston's Harvard Square, Pinnocchio's, Bianco's pie's are as good if not better. Bravo Signore Bianco!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pizzeria Bianco has a 4.4 star rating with 4,663 reviews.
Pizzeria Bianco is closed now. It will open at 9:00 a.m.
