About this business

Occupying a historic 1929 building in popular Heritage Square, Pizzeria Bianco is one of the many establishments opened by celebrated chef Chris Bianco. As its name implies, the restaurant focus is pizza; with pies made with handcrafted mozzarella and topped with the finest produce from local sources. The restaurant has the classic Margherita or the slightly adventurous Rosa, made with onion, parmigiano, rosemary and AZ pistachios. The best time to visit is for lunch, because dinner service is usually crowded. If you are put... read more

Gorgeous!!!! – Perfect place to bring a date. This small cozy place has the best pizza I have ever had. If you're not willing to wait 45mins to an hour in their pleasant and cute bar next door then you should'nt be datin anyone. Go in, relax and enjoy a place that has real class and style. If you want fast food go to Mc Donalds. If you're on a date or want to take a loved one out for a great dining experience go to Pizzaria Bioanco!!!!! Try their mushrooms as an added topping--they are AMAZING!!!

Authentic and Awesome! – We have attempted to eat dinner at Pizzaria Bianco on many different occasions, but there was always a lengthy wait. Finally we got smart and were at the doors 5 minutes after they opened, we were seated 45 minutes later. This all ok though. You can walk next door into this cozy home-style wine bar and enjoy a few drinks comfortably with friends to pass the time. Pizzaria Bianco is in this 1920's -style building where you can see Chef Bianco in action. The simplistic menu, freshly grown ingredients, ... read more

Overrated – Very overrated. Long wait for good, but not great pizza. Service was very slow, waiter did not refill drinks or ask if we needed anything until the check was dropped off. With so many good places to eat in Phoenix, Bianco needs to remember not to rest on it's laurels.

Good Eats! – What a great treat in the heart of Phoenix! Although the wait for a table can be a little bit of a wait, the wine bar next door offers a great place to relax and chat before dining on awesome pizza. Friendly service--I was treated like a regular on my first time. Highly recommended for you and your sweetie or a small group of buddies!

Great place to take guests – This place has yet to disappoint any friends that I've taken there from out of town. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I enjoy the wait because it adds to the experience of going there. Only one complaint - It's really hard to get to the bartender at the bar next door. Seems to be a very slow process and although I don't mind waiting there isn't anywhere to wait at the bar for the bartender, with friends. I usually have them go get a seat and I wait in line - missing some good times with ... read more

Favorite Spot in Town – Pizzeria Bianco is a classic. The food (Margarita is my favorite) is fantastic and always good. Very consistant. It's well worth the wait. Plus, you can go next door and have a great glass of wine in a darling wine bar next door.

Don't believe the hype! – hmm having lived in Naples for 3yrs I know what a good Italian pizza is all about and this place has not mastered the art. The pizza is not terrible but very average. I have tried it three different times, the wait didn't bother me because the atmosphere is nice, but each time I eat there I was unimpressed. the third visit I saw a couple with a baby told that they wouldn't even be placed on the waiting list because their child would take up too much room. What made this most offensive was that I saw... read more
