Occupying a historic 1929 building in popular Heritage Square, Pizzeria Bianco is one of the many establishments opened by celebrated chef Chris Bianco. As its name implies, the restaurant focus is pizza; with pies made with handcrafted mozzarella and topped with the finest produce from local sources. The restaurant has the classic Margherita or the slightly adventurous Rosa, made with onion, parmigiano, rosemary and AZ pistachios. The best time to visit is for lunch, because dinner service is usually crowded. If you are put... read more

Pizzeria is the best pizza, I've tried the pizza's in Philadelphia and NYC, and nothing compares to the fresh ingredients, lightness (not greasy!), and the bold delicacy of each flavor.
unbelievable – Pizzeria Bianco is the place to go for true Italian pizza!! Don't bother going to Florence, you can find the pizza right in downtown Phoenix!
Best in Phoenix, Chef/Owner Bianco = GRT – The food and ambience are great. Chef Bianco is behind the counter cooking in the beehive brick pizza oven. His Bar is right next door and you can walk with your drinks to the restaurant when you table is ready. Parking is limited and takes creativity on your part. You will not be disappointed. This is the best pizza West of NYC!
Pure Bliss! – Bianco is hands down the best overall dining experience, the food and ambience are great, the service like a well oiled machine. I am a regular on saturdays and don't even have to order anymore, Chris and Susan are my two favorite people for blessing Phoenix with such a wonderful place to dine!
True Pies – Never since I left NYC have I had better pies than at Bianco's. This guy is the king of cool. The little wine bar is awesome and the proscuito wrapped fontina cheese is oooooo baby good.
We call the food "orgasmic" – Yes, that's rught. My friends and I refer to the food (and especially the bread) at Pizzeria Bianco as orgasmic. The thing that Chris and Co. do so perfectly is that they keep it simple. A small restaurant and a limited menu means that the staff know what they are doing is good...no need to hide behind a huge menu. It's about quality, not quantity...and we appreciate it! Bar Bicanco is an awesome place to wait too.
Quality ingredients show – Pizzeria Bianco's Wood fired oven and quality ingredients make this this best tasting pizza. Even if you do have to wait 2 hours to get a slice.
The absolut best Pizza around! – I Love Pizzeria Bianco!!! I travel all the way from Tucson just to go there.
Style (full stop) – Hey Chris, I love your place. Don't listen to those baffoons who critisize the wait. They are the typical face stuffing chubs with instant cratification on their minds. Let em' go back to whatever suburbia strip mall cafeteria their used to. Obviously anything this good is worth waiting for. Dinning out should be an experience. Walk next door and have a drink...talk...relax; then enjoy a slammin pizza in a stylin atmosphere! Style Chris...Full On!
