Occupying a historic 1929 building in popular Heritage Square, Pizzeria Bianco is one of the many establishments opened by celebrated chef Chris Bianco. As its name implies, the restaurant focus is pizza; with pies made with handcrafted mozzarella and topped with the finest produce from local sources. The restaurant has the classic Margherita or the slightly adventurous Rosa, made with onion, parmigiano, rosemary and AZ pistachios. The best time to visit is for lunch, because dinner service is usually crowded. If you are put... read more

Best Pizza In The USA – If there is a better pizza to be found in the USA, I haven't found it. The crust was ultra thin but soft, not crispy and had a delicious smoky hint to it. The cheese is made on the premises and is what makes this pizza stand out from others. Great sauce and fresh basil add to the harmonius perfection. A must get is the tomato and mozzarella salad. Absolutely phenomenal.
Be Prepared to Make an Evening of It – We loved our dinner or meeting the other diners waiting for their table. Took 2.5 hours to get seated, but the pizza was great and the conversations wonderful. Don't go unless you are willing to take the time, and enjoy talking to strangers - introverts will probably not enjoy the experience. We found the staff extremely friendly and the ingredients extremely fresh and flavorfu.
Don't waste your time – What's the hype all about? The food and service is terrible, the hostess is rude. They actually think they're doing you a favor by allowing you to eat at thee restaurant. They better be caeful based on all the negitive feedback I'm seeing they are going to keep losing business. I will never dine ther again.
A reservation does not mean you will be seated. – NEVER NEVER AGAIN. A reservation for 7 guests at PB was made a week in advance and confirmed 2 days prior. We arrived at 4:30 in plenty of time for our 5:00 reservation. The doors opened at 5:00 and at exactly 5:08 the hostess informed us that she called out our name in the awaiting crowd and since we did not reply she gave our table away (obviously all 7 did not hear her). How discourteous and inconsiderate to give a confirmed reservation away in 8 minutes. In her unsympathe... read more
Say it isn't so! – I was excited to visit this pizza spot after a co worker RAVED about Bianco's offerings. In short, the line was way too long- get there by 4pm or forget it! The service is horrible, the antipasta and tomato basil app were fabulous, the pizza was burnt and lacking any great flavor and the toppings were dissapointing. It's not worth the wait, the money and the lengthy time it took to get the pizzas to our table. Atmosphere was great for romantics- but the service and food will kill the mood!
Quit Complaining – A few tips- 1. There's always a 2hr wait, no matter who you are or when you show up. They can't control how many people show up. 2. They take reservations for parties of 6+. If you are late, they may give your table away. A reservation is an appointment. If you are late, don't complain if you have to wait. 3. The staff there is not being rude, trust me. They are insanely busy. They are doing the best that they can. Give them a break. Last thing, just because you had to wait, don't knock the food. It is spe... read more
DISAPPOINTED – THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY OVER-RATED. FOOD WAS OK...OVER-PRICED. SERVICE WAS SLOW.
RUDE RUDE RUDE – We we arrived at Pizzeria Bianco, we found plenty of empty tables but the hostess refused to seat me and my 75 year old father as they were all "reserved" We said fine, we'll eat at one of the tables you have outside (They have an outdoor eating area in front) No.. we are not serving outside. Once again, we said ok, just give us a pie to go and we'll walk away with it. We were told "we are not that kind of restaurant" This guy is like th pizza Nazi. You should be greatful if they let you in the door and brea... read more
It doesn't get any better than this!!! – Bianco's is not for amateurs... this is a restaurant of simplicity mixed with incredible taste sensations... if you plan your evening right... the wait adds to the atmosphere and romantic possiblities... Try the Rosa with crimini mushrooms added... the antipasto is truly out of this world... Thank you Chris et al you have created a masterpiece!
