This place is horrible. Had braces placed in August 2020. They assured me they had preauthorization from my insurance for adult braces. This was not the case. They never informed my insurance until 2022 when it was time for the braces to come off. I paid all of the patient responsibility based on "insurance payment". My insurance is saying they never received proper information from them (measurements, photos, x-rays) so they are not going to pay anything. I had my teeth pulled and had to go back three times because the first person wasn't capable and then the one who was supposedly capable missed a few things. They didn't recognize that I had bone growth in my gums and needed oral surgery before I got dentist. After four times I figured they were incompetent and went to someone else. What she said blew me away. I need serious Oral Surgery and this ***, sorry but I'm upset. Did not know enough to recognize this. So so incompetent!! It is now costing me more money and so much m... read more

My daughter had braces through this company and now that my daughters braces are off u can tell that the brackets were so close to her gums she couldnt brush there and now she needs thousands of dollars of work done on them and they want me to pay no they should pay for it. So I am finding a new dentist for all my children.
