I've had such poor service I cannot even believe. I've been bounced around to different locations for over a month with a concern of fully exposed cracked wisdom tooth. And today I was finally seen and told that I have an infection which has been causing me to feel excessive pressure. From my jaw to my nose up to my head. And they still refuse to remove my tooth with reason being they are low staff for patients specifically over the age of 20 and if I am not pregnant they won't service me. Jubilee dental formally known as coal smiles is the worst place that you can go and take your child. They worked on my childs mouth even though she told him it hurt she was crying and they still pulled out her teeth even though she was crying. Then they told me I had a $53. . After I got my daughter home and settled I called Jubilee and informed them that I had two insurances to cover the bill. Then they gave me a hassle about how they didnt have information on the two insurances then they informed me that the $53 went up to... read more

This place is horrible! From the front office to the back office it is a complete MESS. My daughter needed a root canal done. Thank goodness we had it done at a specialty office. When we came back to get the crown put on.. mind you this appointment had already been confirmed after sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes they then tell us the crown was not there. We rescheduled the appointment and went back about a week later , crown was there but didnt fit.?????. They rescheduled us again 2 weeks out. I wish I hadnt taken my dau... read more
