This is by far the worst dental/orthodontist in *******, **. Whenever I bring my girls here the wait it always long and the staff are always unpleasant.Today the receptionist called me at 1:15 asking me to bring my daughter up to their facility to retrieve her retainer (that took almost a week to make & $500 later). I ask the business hours and was told that we have to be there by 3pm because the doctor is leaving and not returning until 9/12/3. Of course I immediately get angry because Im working & my daughter is in school.... read more
