I am very unhappy with the services with ******* Dental in the *************** This has been a long standing issue since October 2022. My brother has oral cancer and was referred to ******* Dental for oral surgery. There were issues with appointments being scheduled and my brother was not notified of the appointment. I took my special needs daughter here and they scheduled her to have GA procedure because she is scared of doctors and dentists. I explained all the medical history and medications that she takes. No one ever called me to set the surgery time and when I FINALLY got someone to answer the phone they told me that they had cancelled her surgery. When I asked why they said it was due to a note that I called in and told them her PCP said the procedure had to be done in a hospital. I had no idea what they were talking about because... read more

I was scheduled to have all upper teeth pulled and they failed to tell me I would be out 4 weeks and I didn't have that much time off at work not cool
