They had me and my 6 yr old son waiting for 2 hours and still no service was done . I told the front desk lady I was leaving and ** trying to transfer him to a new location honestly . They are ratchet and bums . They laugh and play around . Its one main doctor who walked back and forth prancing and singing the music that had all loud . It was cold in the back no communication was given or anything about status or wait. They dont care . Its very annoying and not to mention how dirty it was . My kids have been apart of this Dentisry for over a decade and I am very disappointed with what has transpired our last visit. First off our appointments were rescheduled 3 times, when I went in the second time the assistant at the front desk told me she didnt see any appointments for my kids and that the online portal doesnt work for appointments so they wouldnt get our appointment confirmations. I felt this was very crazy because why have a system that sends you email to confirm your appointment yet it doesnt register it. ... read more
