My rotator cuff had a traumatic tear from falling on 11/16. Dr. Pinto performed surgery 1/17 and he was very honest about expectations and what exercises I should follow with Physical Therapist post opp. Each time I called, I was able to speak or see as needed, I did f/u appts. every six weeks and am proud to say that I have completed my visits to their office on 6/17. They were honest and have wonderful attitudes. I never felt rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Pinto.
Dr. Mark Pinto is a warm and caring physician who operated on and fixed my husband's torn rotator cuff. He was very clear on what my husband could expect. He was concerned about Chuck's level of pain and length of recovery. He was highly recommended by several friends. We share that sentiment.
I was especially satisfied with the anesthesia, the entire process was virtually painfree. All the staff treated me more like a family member rather than a patient. I am glad that I chose Dr Pinto and his team and have recommended them to others.
Dr Pinto, staff and Chelsea hospital exceeded all my expectations. My shoulder injury was fairly extensive and 5 months post surgery i couldn't be happier.
I met Dr. Pinto because he is a friend of my daughter. When I developed a sore shoulder playing golf I went to him for an examination. He determined that I had a rotator cuff tear in my L shoulder. He explained the options I had and that the only way to repair it was with surgery. I'm 74 years old and was concerned about the success of my surgery. I just visited with Dr. Pinto 4 months after my surgery and he told me to start back doing the things I wanted to do gradually. Very pleased.
Dr. Pinto came highly recommended and it quickly become apparent why, he and is staff are very caring and my shoulder surgery was very successful. He explained what to expect and realistic goals he hoped to achieve. I followed his advise as to what I could do to obtain my desired results and I wasn't disappointed. I am well on my way to resuming my favorite sport volleyball. Thank you Dr. Pinto and your staff
I had bad shoulder pain for the last 3 or 4 years. I ended up needing a total shoulder replacement. In the hospital the next morning, I woke up at 7:20 AM. Who was standing next to my bed? Dr. Pinto, just checking on me. Dr. Pinto and everyone I met at the office are a class act. I'd let him cut on me again any time.
My son had shoulder surgery and we were very pleased with whole process, from the pre-surgery all the way through to the post surgery follow-ups.....everything was timely and done in a very professional manner. Couldn't be happier with our choice of Dr. Pinto and his staff.....thanks!
