Jerome was great at answering all our questions in a timely manner. He was thorough in representing our interests as a buyer, for example, when we had an issue with the radon report he followed up quickly with the seller and communicated our position and resolved the issue. We'd highly recommend him to anyone.
As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous and had no idea what i was doing. Katie was great through the entire process. From the many houses we looked at to signing documents she answered every question she could and if she didn't know an answer she found it for us.
She helped us sell our home acting as the buyer's agent. Very easy to work with and very helpful. She was in constant contact and kept everyone posted on the happenings and also suggested escrow companies she knows and has worked with.
We give Rossi our highest recommendation. As first time home buyers coming in from out of town we were intimidated by the process until we met Rossi.
