Ryan was a great help in finding my perfect home. He was not pushy or bugged me about setting up showings or making a purchase. He set me up with an email notification when homes that matched my search criteria came on MLS which made searching so easy. I would just text him which ones I liked and he would set up showings. Josie is by far the a tier 1 top notch realtor . She goes above and beyond to match her clients to there perfect home . She never pressures someone to take a house cause it's just a good deal. She strives to find the perfect match and then gets it locked down for them . The whole experience was handled smoothly thanks to her.

Josie helped us find and purchase our first house, and those words really don't do it justice. When we first were asking to view houses, she took careful note of the sorts of things we were looking for in a house and researched more locations that we might have liked - places we hadn't noticed or had mistakenly overlooked. Josie was very helpful during my first home buying experience. She was very knowledgeable about the homes we walked through and was always completely honest about each home, such as if there was something wrong with it, etc. I loved that she never tried to be "pushy" like most real estate agents are. I would 100% recommend having Josie help you with any of your real estate needs.

PJ was awesome to work with! He took the time to understand what we really needed and was flexible enough to squeeze in a showing before we left for vacation. PJ kept up prompt communication and set clear expectations for us throughout the process of buying one house and selling the other. We were first time home buyers, and Josie made everything straightforward and easy to understand. She was available to show houses even with our odd schedules, and we could always text her if we had questions!
