Janna helped us find a home in Cedar Rapids. It took us a while, but she took the time to show us many houses. I was a first-time home buyer. She was very knowledgeable and we would work with her again any time!

Janna was great! She helped me decide on the perfect price to sell my house and it sold so quickly — within a week in the middle of winter! Then after the offer she helped me find the perfect contractor for the minor fixes that needed to be done. She incredibly knowledgeable and patient with a person that has never sold a house before. She was wonderful and I’d recommend her to all my friends.

After months of looking for a house we decided to switch realtors. When we got janna she was awesome all around. We looked at a few houses we picked out and during that time she was finding out exactly what we were looking for and was adding more houses to look at throughout that day. We ended up finding our house that day because she found one that fit everything we needed. She was also very helpful in the rest of the buying process she responded to any questions very quickly.

I’ve worked with Katie twice. We moved from out of state and had to buy a home in a short amount of time over Christmas break.
