Absolutely the best. Josie is so knowledgeable and only has the best intentions for her clients. We had some bumps, and we are so thankful we had Josie, she was quick ,assertive, and was able to get the closing done efficiently. She has so many great contacts in her pocket and followers. Absolutely the best choice for a realtor.

Josie is the best to work with if you are looking for the best agent to sell your home trust me there is no one better than Josie. In my case of selling my home there was a lot of curve balls at the last min. Any other realtor would of folded and threw there hands up not Josie she got in there and got everything done and went way above the call of duty to help us sell our home. When we are looking to buy our next home we will be going with Josie she has our business for life

Chassy contacted me shortly after I had put my house up for for sale going thru FSBO. We spoke and I explained the difficulty I had experienced in trying to sell my home which I had listed the house on two separate occasions with a realtor from Skogman without an offer or sale. She said give it to me and let me try, which I did. She removed the FSBO sign from the lawn and went to work for me. Ryan was very helpful through the purchasing process. When closing came around, there was a hiccup that meant I wouldn’t be able to close on time. This hiccup was not his fault in any way, but he worked hard to make sure I could move in while I awaited my closing day. This relieved a lot of stress for me, as I had tenants that were supposed to move in after I moved out.

Herve has been awesome to work with while selling our home! We went through an unusual situation in which our house was sold and then fell through and then sold again.
