Tessa is really easy to work with and helpful in every way. I she didn't know the answer to a question she will go out of her way to either find it, or find someone who does. Janna helped us find our first home. Not only putting up with me and my horrible jokes and sarcastic attitudes, she was always positive and we had a good time while finding the home, making us feel comfortable even when asking questions that may be “dumb”.
