Work with Janna to facilitate contact with State Farm for roof damage, with landscaper for yard clean up, with cleaner for power wash, and with buyers for selling the house. Very responsive, respectful, and driven to work with us to get the house ready and relay negotiations with uyers.
Kelli is the best buyer's agent I've ever worked with. Responsive, agreeable, and especially professional. The housing market is fast-paced right now. But she was committed to helping us understand the process as we went through: knowing what to ask about, what to look for in the pre-sale inspection etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to my friends and family.
Josie is great!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, professional and friendly! Moving to a brand new area, Jerome made the transition for us so easy. He found a home that fit our family perfectly in a neighborhood that is equally as wonderful as the house. He was excellent in negotiation, and getting us through the buying process from afar with little headaches. He is excellent, on top of every detail and someone I will use in the future if we ever decide to move again.
