PJ is so easy to work with. We were interested in a kind of unusual property, and were not sure at all what kind of an offer to make. He helped us determine the appropriate price point and negotiate a deal. He recommended a home inspector, and arranged for the inspection to be done quickly. Very helpful and kind! Rossi was easy to work with and helped us a lot. We were able to sell the house the 2nd day it was listed. She was able to give details of the house, that was under construction and share it with the buyer. The buyer was also able to pick out some of the details and colors along the way.
