Jason was extremely helpful to us with the sale of our home. We had it listed with a different realtor for four months with no offers. We listed with Jason and accepted an offer within two weeks. We was honest with us on what we should expect with the sale price and once we had an offer, he successfully negotiated with the buyer's agent.
