Rossi is non stop. Her knowledge and experience is unmatched. What I loved about her was her honesty.......she gives it to you straight so there is no misunderstanding. She has a personality that makes you instantly comfortable. She has this sense about her that she will be your rock when you need it but also can tell if you kind of need a shoulder to lean on. Obviously you can tell I'm impressed, if you use her I assure you that you will be too. 5 Stars easily!

I was hastily looking for a home in the Cedar Rapids area. Chassy connected with me and used her knowledge and network to get me into a beautiful place faster than expected, and met all my needs and concerns. She’s professional and there’s no games with Chassy. Great experience.

I recently purchased my first home with Philip and it was so stress free and helped through out that I’ll 100% come back to him with my next home purchase. Hey helped/explained all the grants I should apply for, always got right back to me when I had question, Worked around my schedule, and was very honest with the quality of a house when looking at it. He’s not out to sell sell sell and cash out for personal gain. He generally wants to find the right house for you. Have and will continue to recommend!

Phil, made the process of looking, buying, and negotiating much easier. Extremely professional and friendly. He was also just as invested in every property as we were, would give us honest feedback and would go out of his way to provide us with answers to our questions and educate us along the way. Thank you for all your help Phil, you are fantastic and made first time home buying much more stress free.

Rossi found a buyer before the property was publicly listed. She did a great job of negotiating with the buyer and responded quickly to e-mails and questions that I had. She was very helpful with the many forms that needed to be filled out. Great to work with and very enthusiastic. Would definitely have her sell my next property.
