Adam was always there no matter the time of day or how many questions I asked. He made it feel like I was the only client he had. I have worked with different relators in the past from different companies and I can truly say that Adam and the Pinnacle Realty team are setting a new bar for how things should be done when selling/buying a home. Without them I would have not been able to sell my old home and purchase my dream home!
Adam was very helpful and had a quick response time whenever my fiancé or I had questions! From the time we listed our house to the time we closed on both houses Adam was always making sure we had plenty of time to schedule showings/final walk through and our closing date, nothing was scheduled at the last minute.

Josie was incredible to work with throughout the process of purchase of our new home! She was very helpful in explaining the entire process being my fiancé and I have never bought a home before. She was also very patient and very willing to take us to view several homes and very open to working with our schedules. At no point was she ever pushy or pressuring us to make a purchase or anything and she is very personable and friendly. Rossilyn was a fun to work with expert of the Cedar Rapids Metro area real estate market. She gives off the vibe of a kick butt single mother who knows how to take charge and speed through the buying process for her client! I appreciated how she let me as the buyer call the shots on what homes I wanted to see and didn't necessarily pressure me into buying or looking at houses I didn't want (unlike other realtors around here).
