Janna helped me with my the purchase of my first home and dealt with me for close to 2 months it seems like finding the right fit. Ryan was our realtor when purchasing our first home. She provided me with multiple different listings based on my preferences and was very prompt in showing me all the houses I was interested in seeing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in my first home even if that meant showing me a dozen homes before I found the right one. Jeremiah is great! He showed several houses to me and was very enthusiastic about it every single time. He helped me find lots of properties in my price range, and then after I made my choice he was a huge help in facilitating the inspection, remedies, negotiating with the Seller, scheduling the closing and all of moving parts that go in to a closing.
Rossi made our move from Texas to Iowa a joy. After showing us about 5 houses, we picked a house that was under construction. She was our main contact with the builder's realtor and the builder. This meant that we could pick all new house details, such as paint colors, lighting, plumbing, carpet, floor tile, and bathroom tile. We had to make a lot of new house decisions from Texas, and Rossi kept them in order and on schedule.
