Nobody should have to wait on hold for 20 minutes just to get cut off.  Took several attempts over days to get an appointment.    Last time I had a scheduled procedure I waited over 3 hours.  They told me my appointment time was approximate!   I’m very disappointed with the way this practice is run.

Being a patient at St. Joseph's Hospital Emergency was the worse hospital experience I have ever had. Don't go there! They are severely under-staffed and cannot provide quality care. I was there with extreme pain and had to sit in a freezing cold room for at least 32 hours with 8 other patients. The bathroom was a disgrace, and I never saw a cleaning person come in. Complete incompetence. 2 minutes into the first visit, she recommended surgery. Signed me up for expensive tests, then did not bother to follow up. After weeks of calling and emailing the office, with promises that she would get back to me, I gave up and went to ONS.

My husband was scheduled for an outpatient surgery procedure, but do to a small complication, he in turned was admitted to the hospital as an inpatient, prior to my husband procedure we were advised to come in to take care of any responsibility due, took care of with no hesitation, since it was paid with an FSA card they need proper documentation to validate the charges, for the past 5 months the hospital has not been able to give me the receipt that we are needing, called the hospital, they referred me to their billing depa... read more

I don't understand the negative reviews. PPl come in with a previous botch job and expect him to correct other surgeon's mistake. When they don't get the result they are looking for, they give a bad review. He was spot with my diagnosis. His diagnosis was confirmed by 2 separate surgeon at HSS. His staff goes over and beyond. Making you feel you are his only patient. He is very supportive and goes the extra mile to ensure you receive the best care.

Dr Vikas Shahi is everything you wish for in your provider. He's super smart, kind, empathetic, listens and explains everything with clarity. You don't feel like a number in an Orthopedic factory. With many doctirs these days you talk to the back of their heads while they are writing in the computer. Not with Dr Shahi. He has great communication. I am so thrilled I found him and so is my left knee!!

I have had a wonderful experience at west Boca. The reason for this was my Dr. Dr Amir Zeidan who is most affectionately referred to as Dr. Sunshine was wonderful to me. I feel so much better and confident in his ability to be a comfort to me and my family.

When you go to a Dr as a regular patient for over 12 years you would expect for the Dr to see you in a timely manner when you have an issue. Not this Dr , 4 months is what she wanted me to wait when I was in major pain.  wouldn’t even get on the phone.  Very disturbing.
