Do not buy from this Dealership. I was a serious buyer from Los Angeles, I got in touch with a sales man named Mark Bova and a Manager Called Alex Sanchez and begun the process to purchase a Nissan Armada. I filled out 2 applications, they ran my wife credit and even gave him my credit cards number to complete the purchase. After a couple of day of doing everything I get an email not even a courtesy call from Alex stating that the sold the vehicle to somebody else. There is a reason that Pinnacle Nissan has such low ratings. They have agreed on a sales price twice on a new car and pulled out of it both times! How this place can be in business is beyond my comprehension. I will be calling Nissan to complain. I recommend not wasting your time here
Had a horrible experience here, been lied to from the beginning. Trying to get items removed from my loan that was not disclosed and still can’t get it taken care of after almost 2 months. I will never go back here. ☹️
