Worst freaking dealer. It's hit or miss with the service advisor's and sales people. They make promises to make you buy a car and when all said and done they lie. Took the car for an oil change and to check parking sensors. Didn't do the oil change, but replaced the sensors under warranty. Now we have to make another appointment because it was an 2 hour wait for an oil change. What's the point of talking to a Manger if nothing is going to be done. This is the worst dealership they lie through the whole process and push the blame off on people you never get to meet or speak to I have given them multiple options as dealership management frequently changes. The one thing that doesn’t is the integrity of this dealership absolutely terrible if you need a new vehicle go anywhere but here.

Joey Johnson has been my service guy for years. I really respect him and he always takes care of me. He tells me anything that might need to be done on my car or anything I need to wait on. If I feel like something is wrong, he gives me his undivided attention. He is definitely the reason why I still go to Nissan to get my car serviced.
