Terrible customer service and follow through. my husband is repeatedly hung up on when he calls to find out if the receive the SD card that was missing in the vehicle we purchased from them. Due to the ridiculous issues we had in getting delivery of our vehicle, they waived $500 of our down payment and then last week we got a call telling us we owed that money. i have never been so disappointed in a dealership. Go to Power Nissan instead.
