The sales associate named Zach Hansen sold me a car and hyped up all the safety features. The model i have does not have those safety features. And apparently that zach no longer works there. Its also been a month and they have not sent the payoff balance to my bank to pay off my old car that i traded in. I had to pay for my old car payment and my new car payment. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE. My fiancé and I went to this dealership answering a preapproval letter from my bank. I was skeptical because my credit is not in a good place yet some how they managed to get me approved. We told them our budget limit and they of course went over.
