Been sitting in the service dept. for 5 hrs and still no update on my truck. Asked an hour ago if there was an update and was told they hadn't looked it yet. What's the point of making an appointment if you vehicle isnt looked at at you're appointed time ?Worst service
Would never trust buying a car from this dealership again. Buyer beware! Be sure not to trust what you are told, read contract very carefully before signing.
mechanic completely missed faulty part that died 3 weeks later
I purchased a car from them. It was listed online and when I went and decided to purchase it, they had all sorts of add-on prices which increased the cost of the car. I went back and forth and they removed one or two of the items, but it left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend them.
gave me a broken fob upon delivery of my vehicle. refuse to replace or return my calls. I filed a complaint with Nissan Corp
Answer questions from customers truthfully. Explain what is meant by dealership added costs... don't hide costs and make customers pay for features they don't want. Like $899 for exterior paint sealer and interior scotts guarding. Come on ... treat customers better. I won't be back to buy my next car, or to service this vehicle. Hope the $899 ripoff was worth it to the dealership! BAD BUSINESS DECISION!! Buyer beware!!!
