The company can make improvements by properly training their employees. Not in the art of deceiving their customers but by providing excellent customer service. My experience with this dealership has not been good.
I would advise anybody considering buying a car from this place to be super careful me and my fiance got a car from there a year ago brand new car that came with warranty and the guy in the warranty department illegally added on a third warranty on to our contract after everybody had already signed and after three different people told him no we don't need gap insurance and we don't need another warranty on a brand new car that comes with a warranty and a manufacturer warrantyand to this day still having trouble with them th... read more
We were pleasantly greeted and got right down to what we wanted since we already chose our vehicle online. We had a time constraint and they worked with us to fit that need. From the time we arrived to when we were done everything was very efficient and flowed smoothly. We were out of there with our new vehicle in less time that we were up against. So I would say I would recommend their sales team.
