James the sales guy and Joey Johnson at the service department are good, others are 'so so'.
I’ve purchased 2 brand new vehicles from this dealership, and both times they have worked with me to make it happen when my situation wasn’t ideal. Working with negative equity and lower credit isn’t easy! I recently traded in my 2017 Sentra Sv for a 2019 Rogue SV, it was bumpy but overall I am happy, and will continue to do business with Pinnacle. Tristan in sales is knowledgeable on the vehicles and the features, and I also worked with Andre to seal in the final deal. I’d recommend either one of them.

I cannot recommend this place. The communication between service, sales, or financing has been extremely problematic for my husband and I. At first everything went smoothly in sales and financing, and then as soon as we tried to get our vehicle certified (despite the vehicle having only one minor issue to repair) it became a nightmare equivalent to surviving the Hunger Games. I could go into detail but it would literally be pages long, so suffice it to say it was the most frustrating consumer service experience I've ever had... read more

My car and battery was a year old and under warranty. I have a breathalyzer on my car and they wanted to charge me $135 to get a code from my interlock company to work on the vehicle, which didn’t involve ANYTHING with my breathalyzer. Went to AutoNation Nissan in Chandler and they’re switching my battery for free! Thanks pinnacle Nissan! Now I know where I’m buying my next vehicle from!
Probably one of the worst dealers in the valley!!! All salesman are beyond pushy and will lie to you all day to try and get the sale. They also told me they would only do a soft inquiry on my credit and it would not effect it yet later that night I got an email saying a hard inquiry was made and I took a 7 point hit on my credit. Then every time I tried to leave someone would run up and try to stop me. It was a beyond uncomfortable experience. Wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy!
